Renault UK has launched a specialist dealer network dedicated to the renowned, high performance Renaultsport brand.

The new 26-strong dealer network is designed to deliver a retail experience that is as specialised and individual as the Renaultsport product range, offering customers a highly personalised service throughout their purchase and ownership journey. The specialist dealers have been selected across various locations in the UK meaning customers will never be too far away from a Renaultsport Specialist dealership.

Driven by a desire to cater for the intricate sales and after sales requirements of Renaultsport customers, the creation of the network comes at a very exciting time for the iconic brand, its range having been bolstered with the recent launch of the Clio Renaultsport 220 Trophy and Mégane Renaultsport 275 Cup-S.

Each Renaultsport Specialist will provide enthusiasts with access to dedicated sales personnel who will share this passion. These have been appointed based on their customer service expertise and extensive knowledge of Renaultsport products and will receive dedicated product training.  In their role, the dealership’s Renaultsport representative will be the sole point of contact for customers, guiding them through their whole ownership experience.

Identifying a Renaultsport Specialist is easy thanks to designated showroom areas featuring the latest models, merchandise and accessories. All Renaultsport Specialists also have the full Renaultsport vehicle range available for test drive demonstration and offer exceptional after sales support.

The availability of dedicated Renaultsport Specialists enhances what Renaultsport has already been offering to customers and fans of the brand for a number of years.  UK and international manufacturer-organised Renaultsport track days and events are organised for owners, while the official www.renaultsport.co.uk website offers all the latest information on Renaultsport, including a community forum section for enthusiasts. Via the website, customers can also sign-up for the monthly Renaultsport e-newsletter – ensuring that they are the first to know of the brand’s developments.

Renaultsport is the division responsible for the motorsport activities of the Renault brand – including Formula 1, Formula E, popular one-marque championships such as Formula Renault 2.0 and the Renaultsport Trophy, featuring the stunning R.S.01, as well as rallying and the ever-popular Clio Cup.  Renault sees motorsport as an essential part of the brand’s identity and the ultimate symbol of its passion for cars.

Establishing the Renaultsport network is also another boost to Renault Group UK’s GO5+ strategy to substantially grow its market share and position the manufacturer as a frontrunner in terms of customer satisfaction and brand opinion.

Darren Payne, Sales Director, Renault Group UK said: “Renaultsport customers have very specific requirements and as our product offering becomes more specialised and technologically advanced, we are delighted, through the new Renault Specialist dealer network, to provide them with a highly-focused facility that mirrors their passion for the brand. The specialist network will offer customers the solution to their requirements, whether it’s a query about a model’s specification, arranging a test drive, purchasing a vehicle or having their existing car expertly cared for.

“The new development underlines our commitment to innovation and driving dynamics and the importance of Renaultsport to Renault Group UK, the increasing popularity of the brand and its products being a significant factor in helping us to meet our targets for sustainable growth as set out in our GO5+ plan.”
