Η Codemasters ανακοίνωσε τα πλάνα της για τη παρουσίαση μιας ειδικής και μοναδικής έκδοσης GRID 2: Mono Edition στη τιμή των €150.000!!
Σου ακούγεται εξωπραγματικά ακριβό και δεν έχει άδικο αλλά με την αγορά του παιχνιδιού παίρνεις και κάτι άλλο. Αυτό είναι ένα κανονικό BAC Mono βαμμένο στα χρώματα του παιχνιδιού.
Ο αγοραστής θα ΄χει την ευκαιρία να κάνει μια περιήγηση στο εργοστάσιο την BAC, ένα κράνος της GRID 2: Mono Edition Bell Racing και ένα PlayStation 3 μαζί με μια στολή, αγωνιστικές μπότες και γάντια.

Συνδυάζεται με ένα 6-τάχυτο σειριακό κιβώτιο της Hewland, προδιαγραφών F3 και φορά μπλοκέ διαφορικό. Τα 0-100 χλμ/ώρα τα κάνει σε 2,8 δευτερόλεπτα με την τελική του να αγγίζει τα 274 χλμ/ώρα. Η αναλογία ίππων/τόνο είναι καλύτερη και από αυτό της Bugatti Veyron αφού το BAC MONO έχει αναλογία 520 ίππων/τόνο.
