Fernando Alonso drives the Lancia Thema
On the occasion of the traditional end-of-season event concluding the ‘Ferrari World Finals’, which took place on the Ricardo Tormo de Cheste circuit (Valencia) on 1 and 2 December, Lancia delivered a Thema Executive 3.0 V6 MultiJet II 239 HP to Ferrari racing driver Fernando Alonso.
The new ‘global’ flagship is distinguished by some exclusive features, including the two-tone leather seats, the heated leather steering wheel, the dashboard upholstered in Poltrona Frau leather with high-quality real wood inserts on the console and door panels.
The dashboard with chrome details and illuminated in Zafiro Blue – combined with the LED passenger compartment lighting – includes UConnect Touch, the top-quality telematic system with 8.4-inch touch-screen.
The wealth of equipment also includes a Garmin navigation system, SD card reader (compatible with MP3/WMA files), USB ports with iPod control, DVD player and dual zone climate control commands.
Over 70 devices related to active and passive safety have permitted the model to receive the prestigious EuroNCAP 5-star rating.
The Lancia Thema is available with two V6 turbodiesel 3.0 litre MultiJet II engines with 190 and 239 HP and with the powerful 3.6 V6 Pentastar 286 HP with 8-speed automatic transmission.
