Η Koenigsegg ανακοίνωσε πως η Agera RS έκανε sold out, μέσα σε λιγότερο από 10 μήνες. Η Agera RS παρουσιάστηκε μαζί με την Regera στην έκθεση της Γενεύης τον Μάρτιο του 2015, με τον πρώτο ιδιοκτήτη της να την παραλαμβάνει αμέσως μετά το τέλος της έκθεσης.
Συνολικά 25 Agera RS θα κατασκευάσει η Koenigsegg, έχοντας δεχτεί ήδη τις σχετικές παραγγελίες, κάνοντας την Agera RS ως το ταχύτερο σε πωλήσεις μοντέλο στην ιστορία της εταιρίας. Η ζήτηση ξεπέρασε την προσφορά με την Koenigsegg να παραδίδει τις 25 Agera RS σε Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες, Καναδά, Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, Ιαπωνία, Κίνα, Ταϊβάν, Σιγκαπούρη, Μαλαισία, Σαουδική Αραβία, Κατάρ και Ηνωμένα Αραβικά Εμιράτα. Η Koenigsegg αναφέρει πως όλες οι Agera RS θα έχουν παραδοθεί στους ιδιοκτήτες τους έως το 2017.
Αν κάποιος θέλει να αγοράσει μια Agera RS τι γίνεται; Ευτυχώς που υπάρχει η δευτερογενή αγορά και μια από αυτές πωλείται στο Dubai έναντι του ποσού των 8.450.000 AED (2.110.000 ευρώ).
Να θυμίσω πως η Agera RS φορά 5,0-λίτρων V8 twin-turbo αλουμινένιο κινητήρα απόδοσης 1.160 ίππων στις 7.800 σ.α.λ, με 1.000 Nm μεταξύ 2.700 – 6.170 σ.α.λ και 1.280 Nm μέγιστης ροπής στις 4.100 σ.α.λ, έχοντας όριο περιστροφής τις 8.250 σ.α.λ. Διαθέτει carbon εισαγωγή αέρα, σχέση συμπίεσης 9,3:1 και συνδυάζεται με ένα 7-τάχυτο αυτόματο κιβώτιο με paddles. Ζυγίζει 1.295 κιλά χωρίς υγρά (1.395 κιλά με υγρά), με την αεροδυναμική της να παράγει 485 κιλά πίεσης στα 250 χλμ/ώρα. Το σασί είναι carbon monocoque με αλουμινένια μέρη, έχοντας στρεπτική ακαμψία 65.000 Nm/degree. Ζυγίζει 70 κιλά, με το ρεζερβουάρ να είναι χωρητικότητας 82 λίτρων.
Διαθέτει μεγάλη πίσω αεροτομή καθώς, γρίλιες στα πίσω φτερά, όπως τον μπροστά προφυλακτήρα και τα πλαϊνά μαρσπιέ της One:1. Φορά μονομπούλωνες ζάντες μπροστά διαμέτρου 19″ και 20″ πίσω, με τα 0-100 χλμ/ώρα να τα κάνει σε 2,9 δευτ., τα 0-200 χλμ/ώρα 7,5 δευτ., ενώ η τελική της ταχύτητα φτάνει τα 390 χλμ/ώρα. To traction control και το ESP διαθέτουν 3 λειτουργίες (wet, normal και track), με τα φρένα της να αποτελούνται από κεραμικούς αεριζόμενους δίσκους 397 mm μπροστά με 6-πίστονες δαγκάνες και 380 mm πίσω με 4-πίστονες δαγκάνες.

Koenigsegg Agera RS is Fastest Selling Koenigsegg Model Ever
Koenigsegg Automotive AB is please to announce that all examples of the Koenigsegg Agera RS series have now been sold.
The Koenigsegg Agera RS made its debut at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, where the first customer car was delivered to its owner. In the 10 months since that debut, orders have been placed and deposits paid for all 25 cars in the Agera RS series.
The 10 months taken to sell all 25 examples makes the Agera RS the fastest selling model in the company’s history.
The Agera RS has received global adulation and has been sold to markets around the world. The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Japan, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the UAE will all soon see the Agera RS on their roads. The scarcity of the Agera RS program, however, means that many markets were left without allocation as demand far outpaced the limited number of Agera RS’s available.
The Agera RS builds upon previous Agera R and Agera S models using lessons learned from the most extreme car Koenigsegg has ever made – the legendary Koenigsegg One:1. It delivers an astonishing 1160hp on 95 octane RON or 91 octane DIN fuel for monstrous performance and yet still retains all creature comforts including a removable roof that can be stored under the front hood of the car.
