Νέες πληροφορίες διέρρευσαν για την ανανεωμένη Chevrolet Corvette του 2012. Εκτός από την Centennial Edition, που ήδη έχει ανακοινωθεί, η Chevrolet θα προσφέρει τα πακέτα ZR1 Performance και το Ultimate Performance για την Z06.
To πακέτο ZR1 performance διαθέτει νέες ζάντες διαστάσεων 19″ και 20″ και θα συνδυάζεται με ένα 6-τάχυτο χειροκίνητο κιβώτιο.
Το Ultimate Performance, αναφέρεται ως Z07 και θα διαθέτει το Performance Traction Management (μέχρι στιγμής ήταν διαθέσιμο μόνο στην ZR1), το σύστημα Magnetic Selective Ride Control, κεραμικά φρένα της Brembo και μαύρες ζάντες αλουμινίου με ελαστικά Michelin Pilot Sport Cup.
Στο εσωτερικό η Corvette του 2012 θα διαθέτει νέο τιμόνι και σουέτ επενδύσεις στα καθίσματα. Θα είναι διαθέσιμο το νέο μπλε χρώμα “Carlisle Blue” με την έκδοση Centennial Edition να είναι μόνο διαθέσιμη μόνο σε μαύρο χρώμα. Αναλυτικά τα χαρακτηριστικά στη συνέχεια.
