H Alfa Romeo θέλοντας να γεφυρώσει το χάσμα ανάμεσα στην έκδοση QV της Giulietta και των υπολοίπων εκδόσεων, δημιούργησε την Giulietta Sportiva. Οι πωλήσεις της θα ξεκινήσουν στην Ιταλία από τα μέσα του Ιούνη και μηχανικά φορά τον 1.400αρη Turbo MultiAir κινητήρα απόδοσης 170 ίππων αλλά και με τον 2.0-λιτρο JTDM πετρελαιοκινητήρα απόδοσης 140 και 170 ίππων. Και οι τρεις κινητήρες συνεργάζονται και με το 6-τάχυτο TCT αυτόματο κιβώτιο ταχυτήτων.
Στιλιστικά φορά λογότυπα Sportiva με χαρακτηριστικό πράσινο τριφύλλι των εκδόσεων Quadrifoglio Verde, χαμηλότερες σπορ αναρτήσεις, αλουμινένια καπάκια πλαϊνών καθρεπτών, ζάντες 18″ με ελαστικά διαστάσεων 225/40, πλαϊνά spoiler και Brembo φρένα με κόκκινες δαγκάνες. Στο εσωτερικό υπάρχουν δερμάτινες επενδύσεις, μαρσπιέ στις πόρτες και φιμέ παράθυρα.
