Η Toyota ανακοίνωσε μια ειδική έκδοση για το Aygo την οποία την ονόμασε Tobasco. Είναι διαθέσιμο σε 3 χρώματα ( Orange Spice, Black και Dark Gray) και ανεξαρτήτου χρώματος, οι καθρέπτες και οι χειρολαβές, είναι βαμμένα σε πορτοκαλί χρώμα. Το ίδιο χρώμα υπάρχει και στο εσωτερικό, τόσο στις υφασμάτινες επενδύσεις, όσο και στο διάκοσμο. The new AYGO goes on sale throughout Europe from early spring 2012. The AYGO+ grade offers a wider choice of interior trims. In addition to the standard Black fabric seat finish, optional Black & Blue fabric or Black Alcantara® upholstery is available.
A special AYGO+ Tobasco launch edition is available in Orange Spice, Black or Dark Grey body colours with eye-catching orange exterior mirrors and door handles. The interior features orange speedometer, air vent, door speaker and tachometer trim rings, and Black Alcantara® seats. Bespoke Dark Grey & Orange fabric upholstery is available as an option.
A new AM/FM/CD audio system incorporates Bluetooth hands-free calling, portable music player connectivity and control, and a multi-language display. The optional Connect navigation system combines practical features with a portable TomTom GPS system that folds seamlessly into a dashboard docking unit.
The new AYGO’s stronger, more dynamic front design features a large, trapezoidal grille and a widened front bumper. New, integral foglamps and LED daytime running lights complete the Under Priority frontal signature of the new AYGO, giving it a wide stance and powerful road presence.
Mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox or an optional, MultiMode transmission with paddle shift control, the AYGO’s Euro V-compliant, 3-cylinder, 1.0 litre VVT-i petrol engine returns highly competitive fuel consumption figures, from just 4.3 l/100 km, and generates tax-efficient CO2 emissions as low as 99 g/km.
Designed and built in Europe, the new AYGO offers A-segment customers the ideal combination of driving enjoyment and interior roominess in the most compact possible package, at a competitive price and with outstandingly low ownership costs.
