H Audi ολοκλήρωσε την εξαγορά της Ducati

H Audi ανακοίνωσε ότι ολοκληρώθηκε η εξαγορά της Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A ύψους 860 εκατ. ευρώ. CEO της πλέον έγινε ο Rupert Stadler, CEO και της Audi, ενώ στο διοικητικό συμβούλιο της Ducati, θα συμμετέχουν ακόμη και δύο στελέχη της Audi, έτσι ώστε ο έλεγχος της Ducati να περάσει στα χέρια της Audi.

Ο τέως επικεφαλής της Ducati, Gabriele Del Torchio, έγινε μέλος του διοικητικού συμβουλίου της Lamborghini, με την Audi να διατηρεί στις θέσεις τους, τους τωρινούς επικεφαλής των επιμέρους τμημάτων της Ducati, ώστε αυτοί να εξακολουθήσουν να έχουν την ευθύνη λειτουργίας και της εξέλιξης των προϊόντων της φίρμας.

AUDI AG APPOINT NEW DUCATI BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

19 July 2012 – The acquisition of Ducati Motor Holding by Audi AG has been fully completed through its controlled company, Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A.

The new Board of Directors appointed the CEO of Audi AG, Rupert Stadler, as President of the Board and Gabriele Del Torchio and Claudio Domenicali from Ducati as Members of the Board alongside Horst Glaser and Axel Strotbek of Audi AG.

The Board of Directors then additionally appointed Gabriele Del Torchio as CEO of Ducati Motor Holding and, during the same meeting, formed the new Ducati Motor Holding Executive Committee of Members of the Board, members of the Ducati Motor Holding Management and further appointing Gabriele Del Torchio as President.

Audi AG also made the decision to appoint Gabriele Del Torchio to the Board of Directors of Automobili Lamborghini SPA.
