Η Ferrari ανακοίνωσε ότι πλέον θα προσφέρει αρχικά στους Ευρωπαίους πελάτης της, 7 χρόνια δωρεάν σέρβις στις 458 Italia, California και FF οι οποίες έχουνε αγοραστεί από επίσημο αντιπρόσωπο της Ferrari μετά τις 15 Μαρτίου του 2011. Το πρόγραμμα δεσμεύεται με το αυτοκίνητο και όχι με τον ιδιοκτήτη και έτσι σε περίπτωση που το αυτοκίνητο πουληθεί μέσα στα 7 χρόνια, το δωρεάν πακέτο μεταβιβάζεται και στον επόμενο ιδιοκτήτη.
Το πακέτο καλύπτει το κόστος της εργασίας αλλά και των ανταλλακτικών όπως τα λάδια, τα φίλτρα αλλά και τα υγρά των φρένων. Τα σέρβις είναι προγραμματισμένα να γίνονται είτε κάθε 20.000 χλμ είτε κάθε χρόνο σε περίπτωση που δεν συμπληρωθούν τα διανυθέντα χιλιόμετρα.

Ferrari provides the ultimate customer care package with a 7-year “Ferrari Genuine Maintenance” programme for all new Ferrari models
Maranello, Tuesday 26 April 2011 – Ferrari is taking the lead in the luxury supercar segment with the introduction of the innovative Ferrari Genuine Maintenance programme that covers all the scheduled maintenance for the first seven years, regardless of vehicle mileage. The programme covers all new Ferrari California, 458 Italia and FF models and is provided at no additional cost to the client, ensuring that Ferrari owners have ultimate peace of mind and an enhanced ownership experience.
The Ferrari Genuine Maintenance programme covers all standard maintenance items, as outlined in the service schedule, and is transferable to a new client in the event of a change of vehicle ownership. The programme has been designed to anticipate one annual service each year during the seven years, but, as there is no mileage restriction, clients who reach the service intervals by mileage (every 20,000km or 12,500miles) will be able to have their car serviced more than once per year.
The Ferrari Genuine Maintenance programme will be supplied as standard with all Ferrari California, 458 Italia and FF models delivered from 15 March 2011 and is only available through the official Ferrari service centre network. The programme ensures:
- cars are maintained in accordance with Ferrari’s recommended schedule
- safety and environmental standards are maintained thoughout the period
- enhanced residual values for the original and subsequent owners
With the introduction of the Ferrari Genuine Maintenance seven-year programme, the Prancing Horse continues to set the standard throughout the industry for customer care and innovation.
