Η επιτροπή του World Car of the Year ανακοίνωσε τα αυτοκίνητα που θα ανταγωνιστούν για τον τίτλο του παγκόσμιου αυτοκινήτου της χρονιάς για το 2025.
Πέρυσι νικητής ήταν το Kia EV9 με τους τελικούς νικητές να ανακοινώνονται κατά την διάρκεια της Έκθεσης της Νέας Υόρκης στις 16 Απριλίου του 2025.
Εκτός από τους φιναλίστ για τον τίτλο του παγκόσμιου αυτοκινήτου της χρονιάς για το 2025, ανακοινώθηκαν και οι φιναλίστ των βραβείων World Electric Vehicle of the Year 2025, World Electric Vehicle of the Year 2025, World Urban Car 2025, World Luxury Car 2025, World Performance Car 2025 και World Car Design of the Year 2025.
