O Project Kahn αφού βελτίωσε την κλειστή coupe έκδοση του A5 δεν θα μπορούσε να μην ασχοληθεί και με την cabrio. O βρετανικός οίκος και εδώ εμπνεύστηκε από το R8 και του τοποθέτησε αεροδυναμικό bodykit που διαθέτει νέους προφυλακτήρες, πίσω διαχύτη, αεροτομή, ανοξείδωτα καπάκια τους καθρέπτες και ανοξείδωτες διπλές απολήξεις των εξατμίσεων. Φυσικά η ανάρτηση έχει χαμηλώσει (κατά 35mm) και έχουν τοποθετηθεί ζάντες της RSΧ 21″.
Στο εσωτερικό ξεχωρίζουν τα αλουμινένια πετάλς, οι δερμάτινες Nappa επενδύσεις, τα αλουμινένια κουμπιά του ηχοσυστήματος και ο αυτόματος αντιθαμβωτικός καθρέπτης. Όσο για την τιμή του, αυτή ανέρχεται στις £44.875 (€50.930).
