Η Hofele Design παρουσίασε το νέο της bodykit που ετοίμασε για την Mercedes ML-Class. Το ονόμασε “Starcruiser GT 550″ και αποτελείται από νέο μπροστά προφυλακτήρα με μεγάλες εισαγωγές αέρα, φώτα ημέρας LED, φουσκωμένα φτερά, διαχύτη, νέο πίσω προφυλακτήρα, αεροτομή και τετραπλές απολήξεις των εξατμίσεων.
Μπορεί να τοποθετηθεί σε όλες τις νέες ML-Class εκτός από την ML63 AMG και πατά πάνω σε REVERSO II ζάντες αλουμινίου διαστάσεων 20″ μπροστά και 22″ πίσω. Η απόσταση από το έδαφος μειώθηκε κατά 40 mm χάρη στη νέα ανάρτηση και μηχανικά, η πετρελαιοκίνητη έκδοση 350 BlueTec, αποδίδει από 312 άλογα με 700 Nm ροπής. Στο εσωτερικό οι μόνες αλλαγές εντοπίζονται στον δίχρωμο δερμάτινο διάκοσμο.

Class in tailor made suit: „STARCRUISER GT 550“
The German luxury tuner HOFELE-DESIGN has developed a multifaceted accessory program for all versions of the Mercedes-Benz M-Class to increase the exclusivity of the cars. Hofele-Design sells the most parts of its luxury SUV program into the booming markets in China, Russia and North America.
More optics
Hofele-Design translates its own „language of shape“ and transforms the Mercedes-Benz ML with the 14-piece wide body kit into the „Starcruiser GT 550“.
The original front bumper is replaced by a new one with big air intakes and a LED daytime running light module with five single LEDs.
The impressive design lines of the M-Class are kept but are more dynamically sharpened by the emotional wheel arch extensions.
Due to the combination of the 4-tube sports tailpipes and the wider rear apron diffuser the rear of the M-Class now appears to be very powerful.
The kit is being fitted or glued onto the serial points of attachment. It can be used on all ML models except for the AMG ML 63. The price for the kit starts around 6.500,- Euro incl. VAT.
More elegance
On the inside Hofele-Design indulges with its own “Bi-Colour“ leather interior „Star-Light“. The two-coloured „StarLight“ leather interior has a Hofele-made design with stitched elements and ornamental seams. Also newly covered besides the seats are the door panels, the front & rear arm rests and the steering wheel. Upon request the customer may also choose the Bentley leather and colours for the ML conversion. The price starts around 5.900,- Euro.
More dynamic
For the M-Class models Hofele-Design offers its new designer wheel
„REVERSO II“, it is available in the sizes 9 x 20“ and 10 x 22“.
An electronical lowering module lowers and lifts the M-Class speed-related. While standing and driving up to 80km/h the car is lowered 40mm. When driving over 80km/h the serial height is restored to provide the full safety and comfort while driving in high-speeds.
But what presses the passengers into the elegant seats in the sportive interior?
The engine tuning by Hofele-Design for the Diesel engines ML 250 and ML 350.
Hofele-Design increases the power of the 350 BlueTec Diesel from 258 PS / 190 kW to 312 PS / 230 kW and the torque from 620 Nm to 700 Nm.
As usual all parts are being mounted to the original points of attachment. This is easy-going, fast and requires no modifications to the car at all.
