To τελευταίο μοντέλο που πήγε η Hyundai στη φετινή έκθεση του Σίδνεϊ είναι το Veloster Street Concept. Βασίζεται πάνω στο Veloster SR, φορά νέο bodykit, είναι βαμμένο σε γκρι ματ χρώμα και διαθέτει πορτοκαλί λεπτομέρειες. Πατά πάνω σε 18″ ζάντες με ελαστικά διαστάσεων 214/40 και στο εσωτερικό έχουνε τοποθετηθεί μαύρες/πορτοκαλί δερμάτινες επενδύσεις, πορτοκαλί διακοσμητικά, φωτιζόμενα μαρσπιέ, LED φωτισμός, και ένα σύστημα ήχου της SounDesign
Μηχανικά ο 1.600αρης turbo κινητήρας φόρεσε μεγαλύτερο intercooler, νέα ανοξείδωτη εξάτμιση, νέα εισαγωγή αέρα και επαναπρογραμματισμένη ECU. Οι αλλαγές ολοκληρώνονται με τις NGM Beta-Max coilover αναρτήσεις και την μπροστά μπάρα θόλων.

Hyundai – Taking Veloster to the Street
Hyundai Motor Company Australia today reveals a head-turning Veloster Street Concept, demonstrating the brand’s philosophy – New Thinking.New Possiblities. – and appealing to a new genre of customers. Created in conjunction with local aftermarket modification company Concord Customs, the Concept makes a bold statement both visually and audibly.
The Concept injects the standard Veloster SR with pure street-cred. The design theme takes the Veloster’s muscular character lines in fearsome factory matt grey paint, and bolsters them with custom exterior finishes including a fluoro orange accent defining the side-skirts, rear diffuser and front spoiler. The illuminated front, rear side and rear splitters make a bold statement, while at the rear end a striking matt black spoiler and turbo-back twin exhausts complete the look.
While the looks of the Veloster Street Concept are impressive, it goes far beyond exterior cosmetics, with significant under-bonnet and interior modifications.
Open the boot of the Concept and you enter the music zone, with a PowerBass high-end audio system installation featuring a fully-integrated custom subwoofers and amplifiers providing 8650 watt sound, all basking in a hot-orange glow.
