Safe!, το project ανάμεσα στο Γερμανικό Υπουργείο Μεταφορών και τον VDAT (Σύνδεσμος Αυτοκινήτου Γερμανίας), που έχει ως στόχο, μεταξύ άλλων, να προωθήσει την ασφαλή ενημέρωση για ένα αξιόπιστο tuning, παρουσίασε στην έκθεση του Essen μια Mercedes A250 BlueEFFICIENCY βελτιωμένη από την Brabus ντυμένη στα χρώματα της αστυνομίας.
Είναι το 8ο ειδικό αυτοκίνητο που παρουσιάσει το Tune it! Safe! και διαθέτει τετραπλές απολήξεις, φώτα στην οροφή και ζάντες τις 19″ με ελαστικά Hankook Ventus S1 Evo 2. Στο εσωτερικό οι αλλαγές εντοπίζονται στα αλουμινένια πεντάλς, στα ειδικά πατάκια και στα κουμπιά χειρισμού των φώτων στην οροφή.
Μηχανικά ο 2,0-λιτρος τετρακύλινδρος turbo κινητήρας αποδίδει 245 άλογα με 380 Nm ροπής. Τα 0-100 χλμ/ώρα τα κάνει σε 6,2 δευτερόλεπτα με τη τελική ταχύτητα να ανέρχεται στα 250 χλμ/ώρα. Έχει μέση κατανάλωση 6,1 λίτρα/100 χλμ και 143 γρ/χλμ εκπομπές CO2.
