Η Lancia έδωσε στη δημοσιότητα πληροφορίες για την ανανεωμένη Delta πριν το λανσάρισμά της στην αγορά τον Ιανουάριο του 2014.
Για το νέο έτος, η Delta υπέστη ένα ελαφρύ φρεσκάρισμα. Εξωτερικά, οι αλλαγές περιλαμβάνουν τους ελαφρώς διαφοροποιημένους προφυλακτήρες, τα ανασχεδιασμένα side skirts και τις χρωμιωμένες διπλές απολήξεις για την εξάτμιση.
Αντίστοιχες είναι οι αλλαγές και στο εσωτερικό. Τα διακοσμητικά έχουν πλέον ένα πιο «σύγχρονο» γυαλιστερό ή ματ μαύρο χρώμα ενώ το μοντέλο για το 2014 είναι εξοπλισμένο με νέα δερμάτινα καθίσματα σε μαύρο ή μπεζ χρώμα.
Η βασική “Iron” έκδοση είναι εξοπλισμένη με air condition, υφασμάτινα καθίσματα και ένα απλό ηχοσύστημα με CD/MP3 player. Η ακριβώς ανώτερη έκδοση “Silver”, προσθέτει στον standard εξοπλισμό το δερμάτινο τιμόνι, τον διζωνικό κλιματισμό, τα φιμέ κρύσταλλα και το Blue & Me σύστημα ενώ τα καθίσματα είναι από έναν συνδυασμό υφάσματος και alcantara. Η κορυφαία “Gold” έκδοση έχει όλα τα προηγούμενα συν τα προαναφερθέντα δερμάτινα καθίσματα και υποβραχιόνιο στα πίσω καθίσματα. Διαθέτει επίσης ως standard αισθητήτες παρκαρίσματος και 17άρες ζάντες ελαφρού κράματος.
