Χωρίς πολλές τυμπανοκρουσίες θα γίνει η παρουσίαση του νέου μονοθεσίου της Toro Rosso. Η μικρή ομάδα της Red Bull θα ακολουθήσει την ίδια τακτική με πέρυσι και θα παρουσιάσει την STR10 στην πίστα της Χερέθ στις 31 Ιανουαρίου, όπου και θα ξεκινήσουν οι πρώτες χειμερινές δοκιμές μια ημέρα μετά. Την πρώτη και την τρίτη ημέρα των δοκιμών στο κόκπιτ του νέου μονοθεσίου θα βρεθεί ο Carlos Sainz Jr, με τον Max Verstappen να αναλαμβάνει για τις υπόλοιπες δυο.
Ο χορός των παρουσιάσεων ξεκινάει αύριο με την Force India, όμως, όπως μετέδωσε πρώτο το Auto Motor und Sport, στην Χερέθ θα τρέξει με το περσινό μονοθέσιο, το οποίο θα δεχθεί κάποιες μετατροπές. Η Force India μετακόμισε το αεροδυναμικό της τμήμα στην σήραγγα της Toyota στην Κολωνία και οι μηχανικοί εκεί, υπό τον τεχνικό διευθυντή Andy Green, ήδη ανακάλυψαν κάποια νέα στοιχεία σχετικά με τα αεροδυναμικά προβλήματα της περσινής χρονιάς.
Έτσι, για λόγους στρατηγικής, το νέο μονοθέσιο θα πατήσει για πρώτη φορά πίστα στο δεύτερο χειμερινό τεστ, που θα διεξαχθεί στη Βαρκελώνη, στις 19 με 22 Φεβρουαρίου. Επίσης η Force India ανακοίνωσε πως η Jose Cuervo είναι ο νέος χορηγός της.
