Η Audi μαζί με το RS5 Cabriolet και το R8 Facelift έχει στο περίπτερο της και το SQ5 TDI exclusive concept, το οποίο θα βγει στη παραγωγή σε μόλις 50 μονάδες μέσα στο πρώτο τρίμηνο του 2013.
Μηχανικά φορά τον 3.0 BiTurbο V6 TDI κινητήρα απόδοσης 313 ίππων με 650 Nm ροπής διαθέσιμα από τις 1.450 έως τις 2.800 σ.α.λ. Είναι το πρώτο S μοντέλο της Audi το οποίο φορά πετρελαιοκινητήρα, είναι τετρακίνητο και τα 0-100 χλμ/ώρα τα κάνει σε 5.1 δευτερόλεπτα με τελική ταχύτητα 250 χλμ/ώρα. Έχει μέση κατανάλωση 7.2-λίτρα/100 χλμ, συνδυάζεται με ένα 8-τάχυτο αυτόματο tiptronic κιβώτιο το οποίο συνεργάζεται με σύστημα Start/Stop.
Το Audi SQ5 TDI exclusive concept είναι βαμμένο σε ένα νέο μπλε “Aral Blue” χρώμα, διαθέτει αλουμινένιους καθρέπτες, φορά Xenon Plus φωτιστικά σώματα με LED φώτα ημέρας και έχει τετραπλές απολήξεις των εξατμίσεων.
Στο εσωτερικό του συναντάμε πολυλειτουργικό σπορ κοφτό δερμάτινο τιμόνι, δερμάτινο λεβιέ ταχυτήτων, δερμάτινες Nappa επενδύσεις με λευκές ραφές ενώ τα καθίσματα είναι επενδυμένα με ένα “πλεκτό” δέρμα, κάνοντας το Audi SQ5 TDI exclusive concept να είναι το πρώτο μοντέλο παραγωγής που φορά τέτοιο δέρμα.
Η οροφή, οι κολόνες και οι επενδύσεις στις πόρτες είναι επενδυμένα με Alcantara, υπάρχουν Audi exclusive αλουμινένια μαρσπιέ και διαθέτει ξύλινα και αλουμινένια διακοσμητικά. Η παραγωγή του θα περιοριστεί σε 50 μονάδες με αρχική τιμή στη Γερμανία τις 92.000 ευρώ και θα ξεκινήσει τις πωλήσεις του μαζί με το απλό SQ5 TDI, το οποίο ξεκινά από τις €58.500.

With 230 kW (313 hp), the Audi SQ5 TDI is the new top model of the Q5 model series and also the first S model in the history of Audi with a diesel engine. Added to this performance is a dash of exclusivity: a limited production vehicle from quattro GmbH, which Audi is presenting at the Paris Motor Show as the “SQ5 TDI Audi exclusive concept.” The performance SUV will be showcasing new design solutions in the interior and an exclusive exterior finish in a limited production run of just 50 vehicles beginning the first quarter of 2013.
The status of the SQ5 TDI Audi exclusive concept is readily apparent from its appearance alone. The Aral Blue crystal effect exterior finish was specially developed for the exclusive, limited production model and conveys an amazing feeling of depth. As with every S model from Audi, the exterior mirrors are in aluminum look. Xenon plus headlights with LED daytime running lights are standard. The four exhaust tailpipes dominate the rear of the vehicle.
The interior of the SQ5 TDI Audi exclusive concept dazzles with striking contrasts: The leather multifunction sports steering wheel and the gear lever gaiter in black Fine Nappa leather are accentuated with contrasting stitching in snow white, as are the center armrest and the dashboard cover. A special highlight are the black sport seats covered in Fine Nappa leather, which also feature contrasting stitching in snow white and black, woven leather in the center section of the seats. The SQ5 TDI Audi exclusive concept marks the first time that woven leather has been used in a production vehicle.
The Alcantara headlining, the blind for the sunroof and the inlays and applications in the doors shimmer in snow white. The inlays are natural grain ash. The open-pored veneer has been specially treated to emphasize the grain. The door trims and the entry sills sport Audi exclusive badges.
Production of the SQ5 TDI Audi exclusive concept is limited to 50 vehicles, and the price in Germany will be €92,000. It will be launched in the first quarter of 2013 together with the SQ5 TDI, which will be available from dealerships for €58,500.
