Porsche Panamera facelift by Mansory

H Mansory μόλις παρουσίασε τη νέα πρόταση που ετοίμασε για την ανανεωμένη Porsche Panamera. Για να μην χαλάσει τη συνταγή, ο ελβετικός οίκος τοποθέτησε πάνω στην Panamera ένα αμφιβόλου αισθητικής bodykit αποτελούμενο από νέους προφυλακτήρες, αεριζόμενο καπό, πλαϊνά skirts, μπροστά spoiler, φουσκωμένα φτερά τα οποία αυξάνουν το πλάτος του γερμανικού sedan κατά 70 mm, διαχύτη και αεροτομή, με τις αλλαγές να ολοκληρώνονται με τα νέα LED φώτα ημέρας, τις ζάντες 22″ με ελαστικά διαστάσεων 265/30 μπροστά και 305/25 πίσω και τις διπλές απολήξεις εξατμίσεων.

Στο εσωτερικό υπάρχουν carbon διακοσμητικά, φωτιζόμενα μαρσπιέ και αλουμινένια πεντάλς. Ο V8 4,4-λίτρων twin-turbo κινητήρας δυνάμωσε και από 520 άλογα με 700 Nm ροπής, αποδίδει 680 άλογα με 900 Nm ροπής. Με το πακέτο Sport Chrono τα 0-100 χλμ/ώρα τα κάνει σε 3,6 δευτερόλεπτα, έχοντας τελική ταχύτητα 3115 χλμ/ώρα.

Αν το συγκεκριμένο bodykit σου φάνηκε υπερβολικό, τότε κάνε λίγους μήνες υπομονή, μιας και η Mansory δηλώνει πως ετοιμάζει ένα ηπιότερο σχεδιαστικά bodykit.

MANSORY gives a first insight into their refinement program for the new Porsche Panamera.

Already back in 1987 MANSORY was the first choice for the refinement of exclusive luxury cars and powerful super sports cars. In the foreground stood optimisations that underlined the sporty character of the car, as well as measures to subsequently individualise the standard factory-built interiors. The subsidiary MANSORY Switzerland AG has also followed this path for newly created refinement programs for the new Porsche Panamera.

For its extensive bodywork modifications MANSORY relies on state-of-the-art production processes and uses both the ultralight and high-strength carbon material, as well as resistant polyurethane RIM. Thus the carbon engine bonnet will be hardened for example under strong pressure as well as high temperatures in the autoclave. Regardless of whether front spoiler or rear apron, side skirts, engine bonnet or the fender extensions that widen the front and rear of the vehicle by 70 millimetres – all components are produced in lightweight construction. Large air inlets on the newly designed front ensure an optimum inflow of fresh air to the drive unit. Striking daylight running lights increase the passive safety and underscore the sporty and dynamic look. The MANSORY wide-body documents refined aerodynamics packaged in a spectacular appearance.

In addition to the sensational look the MANSORY engine department developed a powerful performance increase for the 4.8 litre Panamera Turbo engine. The Power Packet consists of modified turbochargers, a supplementary control unit as well as a set of cables. Thanks to these modifications the engine output rises to an impressive 500 kW / 680 hp (series: 382 kW / 520 hp) and pushes the torque to 900 Nm at 2.000 – 4.500 rpm. Therefore the all-wheel drive car accelerates in just 3,6 seconds to 100 km/h and reaches a top speed of 315 km/h (series: 310 km/h). Even the test models have shown improvements in performance for both the Porsche Panamera petrol and diesel engines. Fully forged 22 inch spiders web design monoblock in 9,5 x 22 with 263/30/22 tyres on the front and 11 x 22 with 305/25/22 tyres on the rear axle fit perfectly under the widened wings. The forged construction make the MANSORY rims exceptionally light and the reduced, unsprung masses improve the Panamera’s handling, acceleration, and braking behaviour. Further exclusive rim designs from 21 inches up to 22 inches complete the wheel program.

In the interior, MANSORY have created a command and control centre which perfectly combines functionality and comfort. The sports steering wheel with carbon inlay, designed specifically for the Porsche Panamera, as well as the aluminium pedals, guarantee full control of the vehicle. At the same time, the interior oozes pure luxury. Almost all the interior components are upholstered by master craftsmen in leather and the refined MANSORY carbon material, and can be combined with a fine wood finish on request. Precisely stitched logos and illuminated door sills perfect the refinement.

A soft kit bodywork version, without the fender extensions and with a reduced range of refinements, will also be produced soon.
