Η νέα γενιά του Renault Twingo θα κάνει παγκόσμιο ντεμπούτο στο περιθώριο της έκθεσης της Γενεύης η οποία ξεκινά στις 4 του Μάρτη. Η Renault εκεί θα παρουσιάσει και μια νέα έκδοση του Clio RS, λογικά την Gordini, όπως και έναν νέο κινητήρα της Energy γενιάς.
Το νέο Renault Twingo θα είναι διαθέσιμο αποκλειστικά σε 5-πορτη έκδοση και σχεδιαστικά θα δανείζεται στοιχεία τόσο από το Twin’Run concept όσο και από το Twin’Z Concept.
Θα κατασκευαστεί πάνω στην ίδια πισωκίνητη πλατφόρμα που θα φορά και το νέο Smart Forfour, διαθέτοντας μια σχετικά μεγάλη καμπίνα για τέτοιου μήκους αυτοκινήτου. Θα απευθύνεται τόσο σε άνδρες όσο και σε γυναίκες και θα διαθέτει αρκετές επιλογής εξατομίκευσης, όπως στα Fiat 500 και Opel Adam.
Τόσο το Twingo όσο και το Fortfour αναμένεται να φορούν την ίδια γκάμα τρικύλινδρων και τετρακύλινδρων κινητήρων βενζίνης και πετρελαίου όπου ανάμεσα τους θα υπάρχει και μια αμιγώς ηλεκτρική έκδοση. Οι πωλήσεις του θα ξεκινήσουν μέσα στο δεύτερο μισό του έτους.

Renault and Dacia look forward to seeing you at the 84th Geneva international motor show
Renault and Dacia are looking forward to seeing you at the Geneva Motor Show press days on March 4 and 5, featuring product news, a press conference and meetings with company heads.
This year’s agenda includes:
- the world reveal of the next generation of Twingo on the Renault stand,
- the Renault press conference on Tuesday March 4 at 8.00 am with Thierry Bolloré, Chief Competitive Officer, and Laurens van den Acker, Director of Industrial Design,
- events on the Renault stand in Hall 4 and Dacia stand in Hall 2.
The next generation of Twingo, the brand’s emblematic city car will be making its world debut appearance.
The Renault stand will also be presenting a new version of Renault Clio R.S. and a new engine in the Energy range.
The Dacia stand will feature the youngest range in Europe, with a focus on the recently launched New Duster.
